Churchill Downs Incorporated (CDI) has lifted its three-year suspension of Hall of Fame trainer Bob Baffert, marking a pivotal moment in the horse racing world. The suspension had been imposed following the disqualification of Medina Spirit from the 2021 Kentucky Derby due to a positive drug test.

Effective immediately, Baffert is permitted to resume participation at any tracks owned and operated by CDI, including the prestigious Churchill Downs Racetrack.
